There is no binder or any other sewing medium used to tie the mat. t is a type of nonwoven, inorganicfiberglass mat that has excellent heat insulation and noise removal. ts filter capability is twice as fast compared to thewoven filter content, and it can remove up to 99.9 percent particles. For short duration the working temperature ofE-glass needle mat can be as high as 800 " and for constant work it's durable up to 550 " C. Glass needle mats are idealfor continuous use at temperatures up to 1100°C (2012 ° F).
